Dr Deepak Chopra will be receiving the Goi Peace Foundation Award in recognition of his visionary leadership in promoting global peace and well being through human empowerment. I am very honored and excited to be attending the ceremony where this award will be given to him.

Naoshima
I will be visiting the Benesse Art Site on Naoshima and the other islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The aim of the this art site is to create special places by situating modern art and architecture within the nature and the unique culture of the Seto Inland Sea, a landscape with a powerful cultural and historical resonance.

I will be stopping by this historical and spiritual Japanese city to visit a collector of Kimonos for potential sourcing. More on this in a few weeks!
Paris
Back in Paris, I plan to visit Paris Photo, the annual photography fair that I always attend and love.

Verbier
The Ski season will be starting towards the end of the month, and from now on, I will be spending a couple of weekends a month in beautiful Verbier. I am already looking forward to the après-ski at El Garbo and the Chalet Blanc.
Italy: Florence and Milan
I will be spending some days in Florence and Milan with family, and will be treated to a production of Carmen at La Scala.
