Founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela, Maison Martin Margiela has become one of the most influential and iconic brands in the world. The house is acclaimed for its cutting edge designs. Whilst developing themes for the décor of its own work spaces, the Maison created a small collection of objects and publications that was later revisited and eventually resulted in a collaboration with family run French homeware brand L’ATELIER d’exercises, which is available on COUTURELAB.
