The London based brand Armrevolution was founded three years ago with the mission to inject innovation into the men’s accessories sector. The company’s founder Anthony Hayward felt that cufflink designs in particular had evolved very little, especially when compared to luxury watches.
Recognizing the opportunity to reinvent the cufflink, Hayward pulled together a team of talented young designers in London, and challenged them to re-think the way cufflinks are constructed. The result is an original range of cufflinks that shatter traditional fastening methods and are highly architectural in look and feel.
Armrevolution’s culture is focused on innovation combined with a design aesthetic that is clean, masculine and highly engineered. Anthony Hayward adds: “We are particularly inspired by progressions in architecture and by highly engineered products that are stunning to look at, like Ducati motorcycles for example."
The design team is also inspired by innovative watch brands like Bremont, or classic timeless designs such as the Rolex Daytona (the stainless steel version), in addition to looking to automotive brands like Aston Martin for its design innovation and BMW for its engineering excellence.
