A Lucini signature is to pair opposite materials such as sleek shining metal with organic natural bone or cattle pelts. Trays and dishes combine polished metal with goat horn handles. A cowhide tray has an incredibly clean and modern shape contrasting with the rugged material. Alpaca, the metal alloy he uses has a lustrous finish and all organic materials such as bone and horn have been naturally shed and gathered.

Travelling around his vast and varied homeland, Lucini meets with local artisans and works with them to develop new pieces

using their ancestral techniques. Each of his collections is inspired by a place he has travelled to or a material he has discovered. “I always try to respect the techniques from our culture, every material and person that works with me is from Argentina, and I am always trying to find the way to make each piece unique, special and glamorous” concludes Lucini.
